The Tower of Horns is a strange monument in the middle of uncharted wilderness. Only scattered rumors of it exist, as so few return who have supposedly witnessed it. It was thought a mere legend, but centuries have passed and the first-hand accounts are suspiciously many and strikingly similar. Each century, the rumors speak of more skulls adorning the spire.

The journal of the necromancer is not a complete study of magic, nor of the peculiarities of the world. How the mechanics of death function on this planetoid possess strangeness and nuance that few have the stomach to study. Here, death is not binary, but a spectrum.

Sleeping Beauty Comic Project

We’re doing a consensual Sleeping Beauty comic. It’s the most consensual comic we’ve done since 2017 when we started, with explicit, legally binding consent established by the participants in the sexual exchange every step of the way from the beginning to the sloppy end. The females of this comic love the dick so goddamn much, their very existence oozes desire for deep penetration, to be stuffed like turkeys. The artist is Didi, her debut comic.

Journey into the Source of Light, Chapter 12 Preview

Their world was designed by gods to be paradise. Defiant of entropic forces of the universe by being its own eternal light source. This planet without a sun instead became a hellscape. Some mortals are capable of godly power when they speak the same language the gods spoke. But this history is actively erased to protect the last three remaining kingdoms who have managed to contain this. This has been the violent way of things for generations.

Chapter 12, The Unnamed Order reveals the organization that maintains the fragile status quo. They are the generational levelers that keep the peace. We meet Magnus, the leader of the Order. He is an honest man, but too young for his position and for the nature of his duty, a calculative pragmatist who thinks like a bureaucrat. He knows little desire for the simple pleasures of life, understanding fully the enormity of the stakes. His duty is to stall, as long as he can, the inevitable end of civilizations.

The chapter begins from these words: “As Karma gazed up at the pillar protruding from the void canvas, the thunderstorm still creeping at the campsite from far, far away, he had to rub his eyes. He must have been seeing double, because there was no longer just one hooded reaper. There were two.”

“Spirits do not eat gods.” – Nembra

The deathless are a violent plague on the world without a sun. The Order of the Reapers fights a losing battle against transcendent malevolence that would see the three kingdoms burned to ashes. And as they cut down men to whom the poetry of creation is like a second language, few brilliant minds are left standing to decipher the ill omens of the times. Just as history repeats itself, so too does creation come full circle in due time.
